ADMISSION CONDITIONS FOR UNDERGRADUATE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
NEW ADMISSION REGULATIONS FOR 2022
National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya provides educational service according the following specialties:
226 Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy (full-time and part-time)
Foreign citizens, who have senior secondary school certificate from a recognized academic institution are eligible for admission to National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia (recognized by WHO). The basic languages of instruction are Ukrainian /English. Foreign citizens who don’t know the Ukrainian/English language or having incomplete command of it may study the language at the Preparatory Department of the University along with the pre-university courses.
The tuition fee for 2022-2023 academic year is as follows:

The use of the university’s libraries is included in the tuition fee.

There is a possibility to pay the tuition fee from Your country directly to the bank account of the University. The sender have to indicate the name of the student, the course and the group number.

Admission of foreigners to study can be carried out in person and / or remotely
To get admission directly to the first year of study without undergoing the Preparatory Department studies, candidates have to pass entrance exam in Biology, Chemistry and in language of instruction.

Foreigners join university for accredited educational programs three time during a year (no later than March 1, no later than November 1, no later than December 30) to obtain a master’s qualification – according to the results of evaluation of the documents submitted and the entrance examinations.
If you have got senior secondary education and agree to our terms and conditions, please confirm us via e-mail foredean@vnmu.edu.ua that you agree to study at National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia sending to us:
– copy of your passport;
– senior secondary school certificate copy; for India and Pakistan citizens – legalized 10- and 12-grades certificates; for Morocco citizens – apostiled Bachelor’s Certificate with transcript of marks.
– consent to personal data collection and processing (concent-for-personal-data-processing).
After obtaining this information we shall consider the point of issuing the invitation for study to you. On obtaining the invitation to study, you should apply for the student visa at the Ukrainian Embassy abroad.
For submitting to the university you should prepare the following documents:
1) original and attested translation of senior secondary school certificate with subjects studied and marks/grades obtained; for India and Pakistan citizens – legalized 10- and 12-grades certificates; for Morocco citizens – apostiled Bachelor’s Certificate with transcript of marks.
2) original and attested translation of certificate of general medical examination verified by official medical institution from your country of living and dated not more than two months before coming to Ukraine. It should contain the final conclusion of medical authority on absence of contraindications for medical studies and also results for blood test, urine, stool, malaria, chest X-ray analyses. Attested translation of Vaccination Chart.
3) medical insurance policy, if nothing else is provided for by international treaties of Ukraine; will be done at the University after arrival;
4) original and attested translation of birth certificate;
5) 10 photos (size 3×4 cm);
6) copy of passport document
Documents on education of enrolled foreign students should pass through the nostrification procedure, based on its results, the university makes the final decision whether the student can continue studies or should be expelled. This verification procedure is conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine during student’s first semester of training. If the document is not nostrified, the student will be expelled.
The applicant can submit the papers for nostrification independently before getting the invitation letter (http://www.naric.in.ua/en/).
Special regulation for holders of WAEC and NECO certificates! They have to submit the eligibility letter (with legalisation or apostile) from the Ministry of Education showing number of classes finished (12 required) and the applicant’s right to continue education at a higher educational establishment.
After visa obtaining and a ticket being booked, you must inform our university not later than in a week before your arrival, sending the scanned copy of flight e-ticket and passport page with entry visa to our e-mail address, to arrange your pick up in the international airport.
