CLEARANCE REGARDING RULES OF TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS OBTAINING
Recently a lot of questions arises regarding Transcript of Records (Academic Transcripts). This is official clearance of the matter.
TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS is a document of the established form, issued to students (postgraduate students, trainees) who have been expelled from the university by order of the rector until the completion of studies under the educational program, containing information about the results of studies, the names of educational components, received grades and the number of ECTS credits obtained.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Organization of the Educational Process at VNMU dated 30.12.2021 and the Regulation on the Transfer, Expulsion and Renewal of Higher Education Applicants of VNMU, dated 30.12.2021, a Transcript of Records is issued to higher education applicants expelled from the university by order of the Rector after the filling in of the clearance sheet.
Grounds for expulsion from the university are completion of studies according to the relevant educational program, own desire, transfer to another educational institution, non-fulfillment of the individual study plan, violation of the terms of the contract, violation of academic integrity.
TO OBTAIN THE TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS:
– The student personally submits an application in the name of the RECTOR for consideration by the Committee on Expulsion, Transfers and Renewals with the resolution of the Dean of FFCT with consent to expulsion;
– The application is registered by the FFCT dean’s office with an indication of the expel order;
– Voluntary expel is possible in the absence of financial debt.
– The higher education applicant receives a transcript of the established model signed by the Vice-Rector, Dean with a seal within 10-30 days.
– The higher education applicant receives the transcript of records in person or by his/her representative with a notarized power of attorney.
Expel in connection with the transfer of higher education applicants from one higher education institution to another educational institution is carried out with the agreement of the heads of both educational institutions.
To obtain a Thrancript of Records in case of transfer:
• The student personally submits an application in the name of the Rector for consideration by the Committee on Expulsion, Transfers and Renewals with the resolution of the Dean of the FFCT regarding consent to expel in connection with the transfer.
• the original consent to transfer from another educational institution (to which he/she wishes to transfer);
